An advertising film for Heath Court, a block of apartments designed for retirement. The development is aimed at a prosperous clientele. The film begins with stills of the brochure and exterior shots of the development and the garages. The apartments are shown, followed by shots of the country town and the horses on the heath. The social, country and sporting facilities are shown, including theatre, golf and horse racing. The film also highlights the fascinating places to visit, which include Ely, Cambridge and Bury St. Edmunds. The Royal connections to Newmarket are also mentioned. As a selling point, the film also shows one of the apartments overlooking the stables of Sir Mark Prescott. The interior arrangements of the apartments are shown, including the bathroom and bedroom. An elderly lady accompanied by her daughter is shown entering reception, then the dining room, kitchen and lounge areas are seen with shots of residents playing bridge. In an interview Mr. McGuire, one of the residents, explains the attractions and financial advantages of living at Heath Court. His wife concurs.
