Anglia Television's 'About Women' series visits a meeting of the East Anglian branch of the National Land Army Reunion Association, an organisation formed in 1964 which now claims over 70,000 members. At a meeting in Ipswich, Anglia Television correspondent Ellis Hill interviews group organiser Elsie Sharman, who talks about forming the East Anglian branch and plans for the future, including trips to the theatre and regular functions. Women share anecdotes and memories of their time as World War II Land Girls, illustrated by old photographs and mementos, before the group sing a Land Girl song.
