She states that it is twice as difficult for black school leavers to find work even at the best of times, let alone in a recession. She feels that the only conclusion you can draw from this is racial discrimination. She would like to see parliament take more action to solve this and for local employers to follow their lead. Shot of Jeremy Payne talking to the youths outside the Community Centre. He interviews one of them, who talks about an interview he had where they refused to accommodate him. The others in the group share their own similar experiences.
