Above the picture reads the headline: ‘Have You Seen This Man?’ Three men gather round discussing the picture. More close ups of the picture and the headline. Detective Chief Superintendent Charles Naan holds up the picture, which is printed on the cover of the Peterborough Evening Telegraph newspaper. It is the first coloured picture of a wanted man produced by a British Police Force and the idea came from Charles Naan.
