Two women carry sacks of household rubbish to a skip.

In a rural village, two women carry two paper sacks of refuse down the driveway of a house and onto the roadway. They walk down the road to a layby on the edge of a field where they throw the sacks into an orange Biffa rubbish skip. This was filmed to accompany an Anglia Television news story about labour troubles and staff shortages causing problems with the Bedfordshire waste collection service.
