Anglia Television report on a redecoration scheme in a Norfolk market town.

A brief tour through the mass redecoration scheme in the Norfolk market town of Holt begins with the restored memorial to the Great Fire of Holt in 1708. Moving down Market Place and through the town, new shop fronts and facades are contrasted with properties not yet involved with the scheme. Redecoration work is shown still underway, as decorative flower baskets and new coats of paint bring a touch of colour to house, hotels and local businesses.
