The footage shows the partially completed flyover at the Army and Navy roundabout in Chelmsford, Essex. At the time of filming, the flyover only extended halfway across the roundabout. Cars continue to drive around the roundabout which has taken on the look of a building site.

Background Information

The flyover was ultimately closed in July 2019 due to fears it was no longer structurally safe. It was in use for 40 years and was intended to ease congestion at the roundabout.
