Silent footage of the newly completed flyover at the Army and Navy roundabout in Chelmsford, Essex, as cars travel all the way over it.

As the flyover at the Chelmsford Army and Navy roundabout is opened for the first time, a car makes the journey all the way across it. At the entrance to the flyover the overhead road sign is switched from 'no entry' to show 30 mile an hour access to the flyover for cars and taxis.
