A doctor is interviewed about the junior doctor protest

A doctor gives an impassioned interview regarding the recent overtime ban by junior doctors in protest at the latest pay agreement. He explains about the excessive hours of work and poor pay scale, with newly qualified doctors earning just 14 pence an hour. He discusses the difficulties of long hours and being away from their families. They are being paid so little that they can afford to take the time off, as it makes no difference to their financial situation. The Department of Health and Social Security has suggested the idea is to reduce working hours of junior doctors, which he argues is dangerous and impossible, and so he suggests a realistic increase in pay instead.
