The opening of the new building at Gressenhall's Norfolk Rural Life Museum

The camera shows a close-up of the sign for the Norfolk Rural Life Museum at Gressenhall. Sir Timothy Colman, Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk reads from a piece of paper as he removes an orange sheet from a plaque declaring the opening of the new building. A close-up of the plaque explains the contributions to the appeal that made the building possible. Dick Joice stands addressing the gathered audience. Background Information

Dick Joice, born in 1921, was an Anglia TV presenter and director. Sir Timothy Colman is a member of the Colman's Mustard family, and served as Lord Lieutenant of Norfolk between 1978 and 2004.
