Riverside pathway and bridges. Exterior of Viva La Rock café and nightclub. Plans have been approved for £25m to be spent building shops, housing, car parking and a superstore. A local businessman has consent to build a Venetian-style hotel and pub with its own pontoon and gondolas on the waterfront. The Anglia TV reporter says Peterborough Development Corporation are delighted that the plans will improve the southern gateway to the city centre.
