Anglia Television news report on the case of Amanullah Khan, leader of the Kashmiri Liberation Front based in Luton, who is facing deportation. Scenes of people of Asian origin on the streets of Luton and the exterior of the Mosque. A photograph of Amanullah Khan who is seen by many as a significant community leader on account of his political and diplomatic campaign for the liberation of the Kashmiri people. Reporter Peter Lugg states that the Home Secretary has decided that the deportation of Mr Khan should go ahead following the report of an independent tribunal into his campaigning activities. Akbar Dad Khan of the Pakistan Kashmir Welfare Association says that Amanullah Khan has enemies in Pakistan. He will be restricted in his political campaign, it is likely that he will be arrested, and his life could be danger. It is reported that Mr Khan’s wife believes it will be difficult for the family to settle in Pakistan.
