David Mellor, Minister in the Home Office, talks about increases in government funding for organisation in Norfolk which are providing health care or tackling crime in relation to drugs. He mentions the Bure Centre and The Matthew Project in Norwich, Anglia Health Authority and Police and Customs. He is asked why Cromer, Norfolk is currently a centre of drug users. He replies that there only need be one person with bad habits and young people will follow crazes. He says that rural areas are not outside the problem, even away from the pressures of big cities.
