The ship the "Blackheath" travelling along the River Yare.
The first scenes are of the ship, the 'Blackheath' in dock at Cantley Sugar Beet Factory. It pulls slowly out of port. These shots offer good views of the factory and offer an interesting insight into an industrial scene in one of the most rural parts of Norfolk. There is a shot of fishermen on the banks of the Yare and of motor cruisers and holiday makers at Reedham Quay. The 'Blackheath' approaches. Boaters sit or stand and watch the ship pass. A boy takes a photograph.
