Scenes at Lowestoft port and harbour.
The opening scenes show boats in the port of Lowestoft loading or unloading. Shots taken from a moving vehicle along the streets between the two towns show street scenes. These include pedestrians and other traffic. Tram lines are in place. A traffic policeman directs traffic at a T-junction. The film 'A Perfect Crime' is showing at a cinema.The next scenes are taken from a boat. There are shots of the harbour entrance and of the port. People in a rowing boat and a pleasure craft inspect a sea plane that is moored on the water. There are close-up shots of this. There are scenes of people diving. A playground can be seen in the background. The final scenes show motorcycle racing and car racing along the sea wall.
