Inspection of a lock gate at Ipswich docks
The film opens with several shots of the crane on the River Orwell at Ipswich Docks. The diver completes assembling his diving suit and climbs into the water. The last shots of the film show the lock gate lifted. The dock landscape, including another crane on the horizon, is in the background.
