Scenes in and around Hunstanton

The film begins with shots of Hunstanton. There are adults and children riding in a miniature train along the sea front. There follow shots of some of the family. A couple is filmed in under exposed shots. Two ladies are inside a house reading. Another is filmed sitting on a bench outdoors, knitting. She is wearing an overcoat, suggesting cold weather. The previous two ladies are filmed in the front garden of the house. There is a shot of the war memorial before scenes of a woman on the beach with two dogs. This woman is also dressed for cold weather. The next sequence shows a variety of shots from around Hunstanton. These begin with a panning shot of the sea front, showing the pier. They continue with shots of the boating lake, gardens, The Green with children playing and shots of a sunset. There is a shot of the famous two-coloured cliffs and of a wrecked ship on the beach. A shot of some roses in flower suggests that this film was taken in June; considering the weather maybe during Wimbledon fortnight?! There is a further shot of the boating lake before scenes of a man on the beach at low tide collecting mussels. The concluding shots are taken at Sandringham. There is a shot of the main gates, the house is visible, and then a shot of the house itself. Other shots include the grounds and the churchyard.
