A motor cycling scrambling event held during the 1950s.
The motorcyclists' race on a grass track course. The crowd lines the course, standing behind a rope. Parts of the course are muddy. At times, riders have to push their motorcycles up hills. The final shot is of an official waving the chequered flag. A table is in the background. On this are the various trophies.
