Amateur record, filmed by a serviceman, of the USAAF airfield located near Norwich during World War II.
This U.S. serviceman's movie opens with shots of humorous mascots and the entrance to Rackheath Park. Inside the base there are views of Nissen huts, Rackheath Hall, a B24 in flight, planes on the ground and mechanics working on engines in the open air. A further sequence features stock piles of bombs, aeroplanes being serviced and emblems on the sides of planes. The film ends with aeroplanes on the runway.
