A traction engine rally.
The Steam Engine Rally of the East Anglian Traction Engine Club at Kelvedon: there are engines and their operators, and a crowd of spectators. There is a little boy on one of the traction engines. Engine parts are filmed in close-up. Men clean and prepare the engines. The film closes with a parade of the traction engines.
