A home movie of the Unwin family holidays including Yarmouth, Sheringham and Cromer.
The first scenes are of the Unwin family on holiday in a mountainous landscape. Then, back in East Anglia, views of a swimming pool and a boating lake in Great Yarmouth. The next section depicts Unwins builder's yard. A carnival float is being decorated with a model of a small house for the Festival of Britain celebration procession. A family holiday at Cromer and Sheringham is next. The family are on the beach and there are people outside bathing huts. A boy is in a catamaran, children ride on a roundabout and play amogst the rocks on Cromer beach. A young girl uses a Brownie box camera. The film ends as it began - with mountainous landscapes.
