The second part of an amateur record, filmed in colour by a member of the Institute of Amateur Cinematographers, of scenes at Lowestoft Harbour in the 1950s.
Scenes of Lowestoft harbour with trawlers, and shots of ice in an ice-making factory. Ice is loaded onto a fishing boat. A small boat is in the harbour, with men hauling in crab/lobster pots. There are trawlers leaving the fish wharf, a longshore boat coming in, and a returninng trawler unloading its catch. Fish are gutted. There is some unrelated footage at the beginning and end of the film: birds and a squirrel in a garden and a Nuffield tractor pulling a cultivator in a field.
