A promotional film for Unwins the Builders featuring building in progress on various sites.

Film of the various sites for Unwins building works, beginning with a survey team and builders at Sunnyfields, brick laying and the finshed estate at Park Lane, and a brief colour sequence of Orchard Road. Shots of men painting container drums, ceramic work, and a fireplace surround being made in a mould. At Erith, gravel is dug by crane, while at the site of Unwins Manor Park development there are views of the advertising billboard and Unwins' road roller traction engine. Shots of open fields show where the new Limes estate is to be built. The last section, in colour, shows roadworks and the building of another estate.
