A local BBC News item about the intention to hire a striptease act for the Cambridge Union Ball.

Student Ann Beeching defends her idea of hiring a stripper to perform at the Cambridge Union Ball. She explains that she wants a special attraction which would make the ball different from those held by the colleges. However, the President of the Union, Roger Evans is adamant in his objection: the act is in bad taste, especially when the Prince of Wales is likely to attend the ball.
