A visit to the village of Fulbourn.
Opening shot of the Union Flag and a garden decorated for a fete. There are shots of corn dollies and people around the fete, talking. A demonstration of how to make corn dollies and a shot of the finished products. These are not traditional shapes but show Civil War soldiers and a horse and cart. Shots of more traditional dollies. The next shot shows a windmill with four dilapidated sails. An elderly lady leaves the front entrance of an old people's home. There are shots of a couple outside The Manor. These are intercut with shots of the village, that include St. Vigor's Church, and of the fields after harvest. A painter is filmed at work and there are shots of examples of her work. Children are filmed on a school visit and there are shots of the surrounding countryside. The final shot is of the windmill.
