BBC East documentary profiling the village of Quidenham.
Jean Goodman enters the village of Quidenham by car along a country lane. The church stands in the centre of the village. The next shots are of a wood and the commentary explains that Queen Boadicea is rumoured to be buried in the wood. In the village, there is a shot of a part timbered cottage. This is the home of Mrs. Jay, the volunteer keeper of the reading room and wife of the ex game-keeper. She shows Jean Goodman the interior of the reading room that houses the Boadicea Club, a social club that meets once a month. The commentary explains that Quidenham used to be Lord Albermarle's estate village. Lady Albermarle's portrait hangs in the reading room.
