The 1st Battalion, Norfolk Regiment returing to Norwich after serving in Korea.
Local newsreel showing the 1st Battalion of the Norfolk Regiment marching past City Hall. Dignitaries are gathered on the steps and the band plays 'Rule Britannia'.The next sequence shows the parade entering The Close. They march past the Norwich School to cheers from the school boys assembled outside. The parade continues into the Cathedral. There are high angle interior shots of the Cathedral. The presentation of a silver chalice to the Colonel in Chief. This is made by the representative of Her Majesty The Queen.
