Found On A Farm
1958 , Hadleigh (Suffolk)
Cat no. 576
Educational film for primary age schoolchildren about a day spent on a farm.
Four children visit a farm. They spend time with the farm animals, and the farmer invites them to cross a stream and feed the pigs in a neighbouring field. The farmer then returns to his work, while the children play and fish in a nearby stream, and happen to find a watch belonging to the farmer. The children dry their feet, and return the watch to the farmer who is now harvesting in a field. The farmer rewards the children before they build a playhouse using straw bales and enjoy a picnic of sandwiches and pop.
