Shots of a glider in take-off and flight and aerial views from the cockpit.

The film shows shots of gliders and then of Mr. Alfred Warminger in the cockpit of a glider preparing for take-off. He checks the controls, fastens his belt and then tests the flaps. A bi-plane tows him off. There are shots taken from the moving aircraft, although these show very little. There are shots of the airfield and of the countryside from the air. There are also shots of the glider and the bi-plane taken from another plane flying at a higher altitude. The tow rope is released and then the glider floats over the Norfolk countryside. There are lengthy shots of the countryside from the air showing field patterns, roads, rivers and ponds. There are some close up shots of Mr. Warminger at the controls of the glider. The glider lands and the pilot alights. The film finishes with a static shot of a wind sock.
