The Mill was in St. Anne's Road, Beccles. It was knocked down in the mid-1970s. A housing estate, known as Beech Tree Close and Greenway was built on the site.Messers Walter Green of Beccles ... decided to have a silo that would bear comparison with the best ... Their new silo is of 2,200 quarters capacity, and it consists of eight large bins of 180 quarters capacity and eight small bins of 90 quarters each approximately. These are contained in a re-inforced concrete shall, 48 feet long, 18 feet wide and 51 feet high - the bin space being 50 feet in height and the bins 39 feet deep. (From Milling, June 9th, 1934.)
