Trolley buses on the streets of Ipswich.
A series of short shots showing the trolley buses moving along the streets of Ipswich. There is a mixture of town centre and suburban streets shown. Apart from the trolley buses, the film shows general street activity, including motor cars, pedestrians and cyclists. There are a couple of motorbikes with side cars evident and right at the end of the film, a horse and cart. Locations shown with single deckers include Princes Street, St Matthews Street, Lattice Barn, Bishop's Hill (cyclists are pushing their bikes uphill), and Royal Oak. Traffic lights are visible on the right hand side. With double deckers Cornhill, Upper Orwell Street and St Matthews Street are seen again again. Single deckers are shown along Carr Street. In a shot taken from a moving vehicle, traffic is followed along Carr Street from Major's Corner to White Horse Corner.
