The film shows the Stow Area, including shops and playing fields. The Tye Green Community Centre and Branch Library precede another sequence of shots of the housing estates. The film shows the country side around Harlow, concentrating on the River. A lock is seen and many sequences including canoeing, and fishing. there are views of an old Church before more views of children playing in a play area. The Spinney Primary School and the Netteswell Secondary School are shown before the Templefields Industrial Estate. Night scenes show an Odeon Cinema and a Wimpey Bar.
