Women's Institute Rural Sports day at Aldeburgh, 1930.
This film shows a W.I. rural sports day and features a fancy dress race, whereby the participants change into their fancy dress as part of the race and a sack race. There are some crowd scenes featured. Also featured in the sports are a three-legged race, an egg and spoon race, a slow bicycle race and a skipping race. All the participants and the vast majority of the spectators are women.
