Bacton residents gather at the village hall to state their opposition to the proposed gas terminal. Members of the public take the opportunity to voice their opinions and oppose the plans, including the local vicar, and petition papers are handed to officials at the meeting. Many members of the public gather outside the village hall, then make their way inside for the meeting, where press and representatives of the gas council are seated. Officials address the full audience of attendees.
