BBC interview with Bobby Robson, manager of Ipswich Town Football Club, who discusses the UEFA match which they lost 3-0.

Interview with Bobby Robson, Ipswich Town Football Club’s manager, who says that he has mixed feelings as he is naturally disappointed that they didn’t win but he also doesn’t think that it is all over. He claims people have got a bit depressed when they’ve heard the result as they’ve expected Ipswich to win 3-0 and do what they did last year. He says that they are not quite there yet but he knows they can get better. He believes they played quite well in the second half and at one time it was a possible 3-1 score but the other team defended very well and were very tenacious. They missed Paul Mariner’s ability and so a big part of their game was missing. Bobby Robson states that he doesn’t think that it’s all over and that it could have been 3-3 and they only need to get a thin result and they are through. They therefore have to be optimistic about that.
