A Science Fiction film where an experiment going horribly wrong leads a doctor to murder someone in order to steal their hand and replace his own damaged one.

Jon Coley productions presents episode 1 of the Other Realms series. Dr Kelly’s scientific experiment goes horribly wrong when he burns his hand, leading him to commit a murder and stealing the victim's hand so he can continue with his work. The operation appears to be a success at first, but when he later takes off his glove he finds it has turned into a green monster's hand and develops a life of its own. When Dr Kelly’s colleague appears at the door to collect papers for the college, Kelly panics and kills him. After cutting off his own hand, he kills himself whilst trying to escape by jumping out of a window. The severed hand taps on the window ledge and then reveals the demon who the hand belongs to standing at the window watching.
