BBC Look East report on the construction of a trial embankment and new road at Potter Heigham.

Heavy goods vehicles crossing the medieval bridge at Potter Heigham and view from a boat passing under the bridge, showing the famously narrow opening. Interview with a man who explains that construction of a trial embankment is being carried out, and a new road to follow the line of the railway is also being proposed. Carrying a piezometer, the man explains its use, saying it is a device that is placed underground that is used to measure water pressure. Further shots of the hut and equipment used and an explanation of the costs and purpose for the trial embankment. This film was transmitted to accompany a BBC East news story as part of the regional news broadcast.
