BBC Look East report on a rally against cuts to public spending by the Conservative government.
A large group of protesters are gathered on the steps of Norfolk County Council's County Hall headquarters in Norwich, many holding banners representing trade union groups and local branches of the Labour Party. Arriving at County Hall, Conservative councillors jostle their way through the hostile crowd, to chants of 'Stop the Cuts' and 'Tories Out'. Leaving County Hall, the demonstration moves through Norwich, where marchers and trade union leaders explain their objections to the Conservative government's public sector cuts, which are described as 'totally unnecessary' and are seen as particularly damaging to average families and trade unions alike.
