Cat no. 219312
A BBC Look East mute news report on a military ceremony at RAF Duxford.
At a ceremony to celebrate the dual 25th anniversary of the 64 and 65 squadrons, a large group of soldiers in full parade uniform march into one of the large hangers at RAF Duxford, watched by senior officers, dignitaries and invited guests. The assembled crowd rises for the entrance of retired Marshal of the Royal Air Force, Sir William Dickson, who inspects the troops on parade, before RAF clergymen hold a special ceremony blessing the standards of the two squadrons. Dickson presents the standards to each flag bearer, who lead their squadrons in a march past the crowd, followed by a series of formation flypasts by aircraft from the two squadrons.
