Ian Masters reports on the incidence of speeding by motorists in Norwich and the introduction of a new radar gun to be used by police to catch those breaking the speed limit. Interview with Inspector Dick Watts who explains the new system being used, arguing it is necessary to deter motorists from breaking the speed limit and causing accidents. Inspector Watts demonstrates using the radar gun.
