A comedy short by Hertfordshire film pioneer Arthur Melbourne-Cooper.

A golf-crazed Scotsman, played by Arthur Melbourne-Cooper himself, arrives south of the border on a train, dressed in a kilt and full regalia. Uncouth and rude, he soon has the railway station porters working hard, loading his luggage onto a horse-drawn coach. Pulling money from his undergarments and scratching his back on the coach door, he refuses to tip a porter, repeatedly shaking his hand instead. Arriving at his cousins house, he is welcomed inside but makes a less than favourable impression, playing golf in the sitting room, smashing everything in sight and losing his kilt in the process. Falling down the chimney, he scares the maid and is chased out of the house and into the garden, where he is literally 'carted away' by the police.
