An Anglia reporter questions various bearded males about their beards and whether they would consider wearing a false one.
A female reporter for Anglia, stands on the streets of Norwich; as a bus passes behind her she explains that false beards have arrived on the market and have many advantages. She interviews Flight Sergeant Rowe, who sports a handlebar moustache, he explains how long it took him to grow his moustache and maintains that he would never be interested in wearing a false moustache. A bearded man is interviewed and questioned as to why he has a beard. When asked if he would wear a false beard he claimed that he would not. A man with a full beard is interviewed and is asked why he grows the beard, does it affect his business and do men hide behind their beards? He also states that he would never wear a false beard. A final man is interviewed; he is clearly wearing a false beard but maintains that it is his own, until the end of the interview when he pulls it off to reveal a small beard underneath.
