Anglia TV film of Ipswich teenagers “Minnie and the Mods” who have invented a new dance

A group of Ipswich teenagers known as “Minnie and the Mods” have invented a new dance called simply “The Mod”. With music being a significant feature of youth culture, the brief clip shows activity at a dance hall. A live group plays music, as spectators gather to watch the teenagers performing their dance moves. Many display the hairstyles and clothing typical of the “swinging London” and Mod-influenced scenes.
