Anglia Television news item, a Skipper discusses the loss of his vessel on Scroby Sand.
Standing at the quay side in Great Yarmouth the Anglia reporter questions a skipper as to why he lost his vessel. The skipper explains that she ran aground on the Scroby Sand, a crew member stands in silence to his side. The skipper explains how he and the crew got off the stranded ship. The reporter raises the awkward question of what caused the loss and the Skipper responds with some hesitation that it was most likely an error of navigation.

Scroby Sands is a very notorious sandbank off the Norfolk coast, hundreds upon hundreds of vessels have gone down upon the Scroby throughout the centuries.
