Victory procession moving along Parliament Street towards the Cenotaph.
Film recording the procession of military vehicles, military leaders, and military personnel towards Whitehall, including a shot of the Royal Family at the head of the procession. Shots include: crowds outside 100 Parliament Street, including First Aid teams attending to two people who have fainted; crowds on Parliament Square; the procession, including the open carriage carrying the King, Queen and princesses Elizabeth and Margaret, high ranking military personnel in open cars, Field Marshall Montgomery in open car, military vehicles and trucks towing examples of ordinance (for example: 22,000 lb bomb), fire engines, tanks, field guns, unicraft tug, two newsreel cameramen on top of vehicles, marching bands, representatives of other nations troops, women in armed forces, nurses, and troops. The film concludes with a shot of the aerial flypast.
