Humorous treatment of a road safety theme.

A humorous film promoting road safety. A bicycle messenger boy is sent to deliver a letter to The Times newspaper. He is knocked down and killed and when he reaches Heaven, the letter is read by Father Time who watches a television screen to see how road accidents happen in the mortal world, and draws up some rules for more careful conduct. Father Time vacates his office for a little baby representing New Year, who reads a road safety message.
