A parody of bad practice in amateur film-making practice.

The off-screen narrator points to poor practice in framing, using different lenses, variable speeds, splicing, shots taken in the sun, tripods and developing. He states "8mm is alright for the beginner, but for crisp, sharp pictures give me 16mm every time".
