This film shows scenes of Manningtree after a snow fall in 1991.

The film begins with shots of icicles hanging from the eves of a house. There are people in the snow covered street walking and there are children playing with a sled. Cars are covered in snow. A couple clear snow from their front drive. A car drives down the street. Children have a snowball fight. A car attempts to pass along the road but is unable to grip. Children build a snow house and there are further scenes of children tobogganing. An inter-city train passes along the line. A woman and her dog are filmed tramping through the snow by the river. The final scenes are of a child and his dog playing in the snow.
