Cinemagazine item looking at sketching parties on the Norfolk Broads.

People sketching on moving boats and on the banks. Scenes of both motor and sailing boats, and views of the Broads scenery. The sketchers are part of a Workers' Travel Association programme. Tuition is being given by 'top flight' artists. There are views of some of the sketches. The film ends with a sunset behind a sailing boat on a broad.
