Scenes of the preparations in Parliament Street and Whitehall an hour before the funeral procession and the procession itself filmed from an upper storey window in Parliament Street. Shots include: preparations in Parliament Square hour before funeral; military bands forming ranks in Parliament Street; empty carriages for the funeral cortege crossing Parliament Square; the beginning of the procession, bands play and move off towards the Cenotaph, coffin followed by dignitaries on foot and carriages enter Parliament Street; progress of the procession passed the Cenotaph. The shots of the funeral procession include King Edward VIII [Duke of Windsor] and carriage with Queen Mary and her sister. The shots of the preparations and procession also include shots of the crowds in Parliament Street and Whitehall.
